HOT SCRUMPTIOUS APPLE CRISP!! Gluten free and soyfree

 
4-6 Apples peeled and diced
2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice 
1/4-1/2 Cup of Brown sugar 
 1 Cup of Flour or Gluten Free Mix
1 Stick of Butter (real for soyfree)
1 Tablespoon of Water
Whipped Cream or Ice cream-optional

Peel apples and add 1 tsp of spice 
and 1/8 cup of sugar and mix well!
Place apples in casserole or pie dish
 and begin mixing the topping.

Topping
Mix in bowl the flour, the rest of the 
pumpkin pie spice and the sugar.  Mix well.

Add soften stick of butter to make a dough like mixture. 
 You can add a little water.

Add mixture to the top of the apples until covered.
  If you want more topping just repeat the recipe. 

I like to add just a little bit of brown sugar on
 top for a more crisper texture!!

Bake at 450 degrees for about 20-30. 
 I like mine a little crispy since I use gluten free mix.
Servings size 4

OPTIONAL: Top with your fave topping: 
whipped cream or ice cream and caramel!
