SO WHAT'S COOKING IN YOUR KITCHEN? MENU PLAN FOR 11/17-11/23

 
It was our anniversary yesterday and I totally forgot to post the menu plan for the week.  We were watching the Broncos game!! Whoo hoo. We had so much left overs last week we ended up not cooking half the items are the list. So there may be a few repeats! So this is our plan for the week:

MONDAY: Turkey Burgers with green beans-no bun

TUESDAY: Steve's famous Ham and Beans (already made) w/cornbread

WEDNESDAY: Leftovers for us Pot Roast w/veggies

THURSDAY: BBQ ribs w/corn (we didn't eat this last week)

FRIDAY: Chicken Chimichangas-yum yum
Includes salsa and sour cream
$1.43

SATURDAY: We are eating out- Hosting a Frosty party for some Kids at Wendy's. You may want to try our Texas Style Potato Wedges to go with an main course!!
$.13 (one lb of potatoes)

SUNDAY: Vegetarian Lasagna w/garlic bread and salad (fresh spinach)
$4.75

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK WITH DESERT: $11.49

A little low because of leftovers and eating out!!
