DIGITAL CAMERAS AT DISCOUNTED PRICES

Wow! Back in 1975, to get an SLR with a fast motor and up to 250 picture capacity, we had to schlep something like this around! Not only did it weigh as much as car, it (quite literally) cost as much as one, too.

With today's ILCs, DSLRs, and P&Ss, we have quite a lot of capability in a much smaller and easier to afford package. For some of us, though,we would like to have some of these new items without breaking the bank.

We can. No, we won't be finding Dollar Store type deals or getting money back from a doubled coupon. Even so, we can find some very impressively low prices on new, refurbished, and tested used equipment.

Cameta Camera Co. is a good place to look. Free shipping on most cameras and kits, good prices on the newest things, and a refurbished department that will sometimes simply blow you away with their prices.

Factory refurbished cameras from Nikon, Canon, Olympus, and others will often carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Some are demo items from reps or stores, others may be returns or repairs. Thing is, they are all just as good as brand new.

Out of box new items are another resource for the budget conscious. Places like Best Buy, Staples, Ritz will sell off brand new items that have been on display at a huge discount.

It's not just cameras, btw. Almost any big ticket item can be found discounted. Tools, appliances, computers... Look for Scratch and Dent sales, or clearances on recently discontinued models.

Saving money can be as easy as asking where the lower priced stuff is.

Do it! You could save up to hundreds of dollars.

And Now You Know...
