GLUTEN AND SOY FREE HAM SMASHED POTATO CASSRROLE!!


Here is a casserole you might want to try for your family!!

HAM SMASHED POTATO CASSEROLE
Preperation time: 15-20 minutes

6-8 Potatoes cooked and smashed (we like the peelings)
1/2 can Rotel or Red Gold (tom w/green chilies)
1-2 cups of ham chopped
1 cup of cheese (colby or swiss)
1/2 chopped onion
Dash of season salt
Dash of pepper
1 stick of real butter (soyfree)

Boil Potatoes until cooked
Smashed them with butter and rotel or red gold

Sauted onions and ham in skillet. 

Layer Casserole dish with Mashed Potato filling.
Add the ham with cheese.  Make at least two layers.

Bake at 450 degrees until brown (20-30 minutes)

MMM enjoy with a side salad or green beans!!!

TIP: You can easily make this a meatless dinner.  Just minus the meat. It is still filling and soooooo yummy!!!
