Men Should Use Coupons, Too

Shopping is work. We use it to make us money! 

Seriously, with all that Mrs Arama saves us each and every month, the result to our budget as if she had a part time job.  For a lot less time involved than any job, by the way. Just putting forth a little effort can save a goodly amount of dollars. 

What would rather do? Work to bring in money or do far less work to save money? The end result for our family budget is the same.

Notice, I did splurge a little. I got some items that I have wanted to try, but couldn't quite justify the price until I got a coupon for it. And I also stocked up on some basics, including meat (which I actually had a coupon for!) and other staples.

With the reward card bonuses and manufacturer coupons, I saved 42%.  I hardly had to do anything, just basically used my wad of coupons as a shopping list. And Mrs Arama's fabulous guidance.
