RECIPE OF THE WEEK! GLUTEN FREE-SOYFREE NACHOS!!

 Ingredients includes:

3-5 Corn Tortilla's-cut into triangle shape
3-5 oz Grilled Meat (chicken, steak)
Fresh seasonings for meat
1-2 Avocados
1 package of Wholly Guacamole
4 oz of Cheese
1 Tomoato Diced
1/2 cup Canola oil

Additional ingredients
Sour Cream
Finely Chopped Onions
Your fave Salsa
Black Olives

Instructions
In frying pay pour in oil.  When grease is hot fry up corn tortillas until crisp!
Put on plate and add cheese and meat.  Melt in microwave for 30 seconds.
Put toppings on and any additional ingredients!

Mmmmm Nachos!!!  
I couldn't eat it all, but it was yummy!!
This also makes a great dinner for the Superbowl!!
