So sorry that I wasn't able to post the grocery deals until now. I had a slip disc and a dislocated jaw. I was in excruciating pain for almost a week. I am doing a little better. I am bummed cause I have to be on a liquid diet and soft food diet for 6 months. Mr. Arama has already made a delicious broccoli cheese soup!!
