DINNER MENU PLAN FOR THE WEEK OF 10/20 TO 10/26

 
WOWSER!! We are excited!!



This post was the most popular post this last week (it beat CVS!!)
 I had a few friends call me
 or email me to tell me  how happy they are 
to see this post and they started implemented 
this menu plan for themselves!!  

So this will be one of my regular posts.  I also 
have to admit it has been awesome to have this 
scheduled for the week.  I don't have to
 guess what we are going to make. And it has inspired me to cook again.  I think 
 we may of lost a little weight!!! (I lost 1.8 pounds!)

I am so excited for next week's dinners.  We are still having the two Meatless meals. So here we go:

SUNDAY:  Black Bean Zucchini Quesadillas with corn tortillas 

MONDAY: Ground Turkey Mashed Potato bake w/Green Beans (my invention!)

TUESDAY-Turkey Green Onion Burgers W/Green Beans Chef salad with Ham and Turkey

WEDNESDAY-Leftover night

THURSDAY-White Chicken Chili-Steve's famous soup w/Tortilla Chips

FRIDAY- Meatless Whole Wheat Spaghetti (I will be using gluten free noodles) w/Garlic Bread and Salad (no bread for me)

SATURDAY-Pork Chops w/baked potato w/diced tomatoes and kernel corn


WEEKLY AMOUNT SPENT ON DINNERS

Total 6 meals: $15.32 (for two people $2.55 a meal) plus leftovers

ITEMS NEEDED TO HAVE THIS MENU
2 Pork Chops
2 Chicken Breasts
1 lb of ground Turkey 
6-8 Potatoes
Lettuce, Zucchini, corn, green beans,
 green onion, fresh tomato and diced tomatoes
Spaghetti noodles and gluten free noodles
Navy Beans, Black Beans, Pinto beans
Cheese
Pasta Sauce (I make mine homemade)
Tortillas
Tortilla Chips

SAVINGS TIP
I get a lot of my products at Aldi. They are one of the cheapest places in town.
We have been trying their products and they are really good including the Mac N Cheese!!
