DE- LI- CIOUS GLUTEN FREE PUMPKIN BREAD!!

Gluten free-soyfree-corn free Pumpkin Bread
3 eggs
3/4 Cup of Sugar
2 Tbls of Molasses
1 1/2  cups of pumpkin (or half a can)
2 tsp of vanillia
1 cup (or 3/4 will be fine) of canola oil

Mix these ingredients together.  Then add:

(already has the salt and baking powder included in mix)
2 tsp or more of pumpkin pie spice (or until you smell that wonderful smell)
3/4 cup of pecans (optional)
1/2 Cup powder sugar sprinkle on top

Put in pie pan or bunt pan.  Bake for less then an hour at 350 degrees.  Mine baked pretty fast cause we were making a turkey at the same time.  You can choose many types of frosting.  Cream Cheese or just a glaze.  Or just eat without a topping it is deliciously moist!
