Kmart will have double coupons starting tomorrow, Oct 28, with a $25 purchase. Always double check with your local KMart to make sure they are participating. The rules are:
1) $1 manufacturer coupons will be doubled every day.
2) Limit 5 coupons per day.
3) Limit 4 of the same item
4) Must have a "Shop Your Way" card, and it has to be scanned.
