This week's FFS all came from Facebook.
A random drawing netted me two free burritos from Red's All Natural ($4.99 value each) Will pick those up at Sunflower.
A quiz got me the ZonePerfect free nutrition bar ($1.49 value)
The Nexxus samples and $3.00 off any purchase coupon came from just "Like"ing their page and filling out my address.
Helpful Hint: I sign up for these deals using an e-mail account with a user adjustable spam filter, so what do I care if getting free stuff means a little bit more spam e-mail. I don't have to read it. Sometimes, though, the e-mail has even more coupons in it!
