Coupons.com seems to be working again. Some of our local stores are still updating their coupon bar code databases, so we may need to be patient and understanding with our clerks.
If a coupon isn't working, I'll just apologize, take it back, and contact the store's management later.
Don't feel embarrassed about not buying the item, either. And if you still want it even for regular price, that's good, too.
The issue isn't just at our local OKC stores, either. Certain grocery chains across the country are having these bar code update issues. Several other coupon bloggers I correspond with have informed me of their running into this. It's even shown up in some coupons from newspaper inserts.
Hopefully, all the stores are caught up soon.
