Wash the beans real good!!
Take off the ends and snap them.
Put snapped beans on a cookie sheet
Put in Freezer for 2 hours.
Remove beans and put in bags!!
No cooking until your ready to eat them!!!
This batch made 22 servings.
ONLY $.18 a serving!!
You can do this to just about any vegtables.
