I know it can be a little discouraging to go to WAGS or CVS and there not be anything on the shelves.  So I am going to start Price Matching more at Walmart.  I am not too excited about that, but for now at least they pay overages and that is good!  I did have a long discussion with Walmart corporate yesterday and they told me that some of the stores are still confused about their policies on price matching.  If you need to show the ad to the clerk or not.   I printed out the Walmart policy directly from their site.  click HERE  and HERE for their policies.

UPDATE!!
I got a call from a Walmart manager at the Super Walmart on Penn & NWE.  She is having a meeting with her clerks to let them know to have the flyers at the Customer Service Desk.  Also that you do not need the flyer to price match.  She was very helpful and apologetic with my experience I had a few days ago.  I told her I appreciated her quick and kind response.  I hope this will make our shopping there more pleasant.  If you have any problems, just smile at the clerk and call later and talk to Beth or Lisa.  I hope that with my experience that it will open up the eyes of management about their clerks and all the troubles we are having there.  I also suggest to go ahead and take your flyers just in case.

Sorry for the longevity of this post.  I hope this helps and I hope many of us can start price matching at Walmart with little problems.

HAPPY SMILES!!
